Project Overview

When a commercial warehouse tenant that manufactured vitamins vacated this facility, they left behind more than just an empty building. Years of manufacturing had saturated the space with a strong, lingering odor that had penetrated the insulation, ceiling system, ductwork, walls, and concrete floors. Before the property could be leased to a new tenant, the building required a complete odor remediation and interior restoration.


BayStar Contracting was selected to restore the warehouse and prepare it for its next chapter.

Manufacturing odors don't simply disappear after a tenant moves out. In this case, the smell had become embedded throughout the building materials and HVAC system, making the warehouse unsuitable for future occupancy.
